Family Run

Fkosh is a family run bakery created by Brent and Mia Knudson. What started as a simple idea at local farmers markets quickly grew into something much bigger. Week after week, they mixed, baked, and served fresh focaccia to their community, building a loyal following through hard work, early mornings, and a love for great food.
